It is forbidden to use a hoisting type truck
for towing, otherwise it may damage the
vehicle body.
Towing with the tow hook
Warning
Traction must comply with local regula-
tions regarding trailer towing.
In case of emergency, if a professional car
cannot be used for towing, use the tow
hook to tow the vehicle temporarily. With
this towing method, the vehicle can only
be towed at a low speed for a short dis-
tance on a hard paved road.
When using tow hooks, the driver must sit
in the vehicle and control the steering
wheel and the brake pedal, and the
wheels, axles, steering, braking and trans-
mission system (such as transmission),
light system (turn signal lamp, brake lamp)
must be in good condition.
The specific towing steps are as follows:
1. Open the tow hook cover.

In the gap at the tow hook cover, pry
down the cover using a flathead screw-
driver wrapped by the cloth or similar
tools.
