top priority to ensuring the starting per-
formance of the vehicle.
In the event of short-distance travel and
driving in urban areas or under low tem-
peratures, the power consumption will in-
crease and the DC/DC will supply less
power.
If the vehicle is not started, the use of
electrical equipment will directly consume
the power of the battery because DC/DC
cannot supplement power in this case.
In these situations, the power manage-
ment system will operate to control the
power distribution.
Parking the vehicle for a long
time
If the vehicle is not driven for several days
or weeks, the power management system
will gradually turn off the electrical equip-
ment or reduce the electrical energy being
used by the electrical equipment, so as to
reduce power consumption and maintain
the vehicle's starting performance for a
longer time.
If the vehicle has been parked for a long
time, certain convenient functions (such as
remote unlocking, etc.) may not be availa-
ble. After starting the vehicle, these func-
tions will be restored.
When the vehicle is not started
If you listen to the radio or use other func-
tions of the audiovisual system with the
vehicle not started, the battery will dis-
charge.
If the battery power consumption affects
vehicle startup, a message will display on
the multimedia display screen or the com-
bination instrument. In this case, if you
want to use these functions normally,
please start the vehicle.
After the vehicle is started
During driving, the battery may lose power
even if the DC/DC can supply power. This
situation is prone to occur when the power
consumption is too large and the DC/DC
power supplies less power, especially
when the battery power capacity is low.
In order to restore necessary power sup-
ply, the system will temporarily shut down
certain electrical equipment with high pow-
er consumption or reduce the power con-
sumption of these equipment. Especially,
the heating system consumes a consider-
able amount of energy. If it is found that
the seat heating function is inoperative or
the air volume of the air conditioning is
limited, it means that the system has tem-
porarily turned those functions off or adjus-
ted them to operate at a lower power.
When the power is sufficient again, these
systems can be used normally again.
