4. Start the vehicle with depleted battery.
If still unable to start the vehicle, check
that the jumper cables have been con-
nected correctly, and then allow the
battery to recharge a little more.
5. Remove the jumper cable.
Once the vehicle is started, remove the
jumper cable in an order contrary to the
connection.

Battery fluid is corrosive, and it can
cause serious injury to eyes and skin. In

seek medical attention immediately.

When connecting or removing jumper
cables, you cannot wind the cables with
fans, belts and the like.

Ensure that all cables are connected
correctly, and keep a certain distance
between their ends to avoid contact be-
tween positive and negative poles.
