Do not randomly and frequently trigger the
emergency rescue calls.
Caution
The function of emergency rescue call is
affected by various factors. Thus, the
emergency rescue call may be unavailable
in case of any of the following cases (in-
cluding but not limited to):
If the vehicle networking system fails or
is damaged, it will be impossible to trig-
ger an emergency rescue call.
If the audio equipment is damaged, or
the harness connected to the vehicle
networking system and the audio equip-
ment is damaged or connected falsely, it
will be impossible to make normal res-
cue calls with the customer service.
If the airbag fails to deploy in a minor
collision or abnormality, it will be impos-
sible to automatically trigger the rescue
call. In this case, you can trigger the
emergency rescue call manually or
make the call by other means.
If the emergency rescue button is dam-
aged, the emergency rescue call cannot
be triggered manually.
If the mobile network signal (cell phone
signal) is weak, interfered, or blocked,
etc., it will be impossible to trigger an
emergency rescue call.
In areas (such as underground parking
lots, tunnels, and mountain areas) where
the GPS equipment is damaged or the
signal is week, it may be impossible to
locate the vehicle.
After the vehicle is powered off, it may
be impossible to trigger an emergency
rescue call.
The emergency rescue services may not
be available due to riots, fires, floods,
storms, explosions, wars, government
actions, orders given by judicial adminis-
trative organs, social environment, and
other force majeure factors.
The emergency rescue services may not
be available if other software you have
downloaded and installed or other web-
sites you have visited contain viruses,
Trojans or other malicious programs and
threaten the security of your equipment
and data.
Situations where other objective factors
render the emergency rescue call unus-
able.
