3. The parking brake will be released au-
tomatically when the accelerator pedal
is depressed, with the shift lever in
gear D or R.
If the accelerator pedal is not de-
pressed for a long time, the automatic
parking function will be deactivated,
and the vehicle will automatically
switch to the electric parking mode,
thus applying the braking force.
The following conditions will deactivate the
AVH function:

When the driver's side seat belt is re-
leased.
〉
Open the door at driver’s side.
〉
Switch the ignition switch to LOCK
mode.
〉
It works for more than 3 minutes.
Caution
In the case of automatic car washing and
towing, the parking brake needs to be re-
leased. You can directly start the 【wash/
trailer mode】 through the multimedia dis-

Automatic departure function
When the vehicle is applied with the park-
ing brake, and the driver is wearing the
seat belt and stepping on the accelerator
pedal, which allows the system to detect
the driver's intention to leave, the parking
brake will be automatically released.
On a slope, more traction is required to
avoid rolling away.
