Note The grounds (I1- to I8-) are joined to a common ground (I-). The sig-
nals (I1- to I8-) may only be interconnected on the module. No external
joints are allowed.
The pins d4 and d30 on the front socket of the F 6221 are omitted
(coding of the front plug). Pin allocations refer to the connections on
the printed circuit board in the front plug.
In Ex applications, the cable shield has to be connected to the equipo-
tential bonding. In non Ex applications, the cable shield is connected
to the PE terminal / bus bar on the subrack.
