The report engine allows you to accumulate variables for management information
summaries (MIS). There are four ready-made displays:
Reel Display
Grade Display
Shift Display
Day Display
These reports may be printed in hard copy form by selecting a print option.
5.4.1 Reel Display
The Reel Display provides the Reel Production and Quality Report. The reel display is a
fixed format display. A typical reel display looks like Figure 79. Some of the Reel Production
Summary items (lower left portion of the display) may be set as blank lines by disabling the
corresponding MIS variables from the general setup. The Reel Lost Time Summary items
(lower right portion of the display) may be set as blank line by disabling the corresponding
lost time variables. The Current selection can be switched to Last, which mean last
production reel data is displayed. When Last production reel data is displayed, most of the
values display yellow.
Each of the Reel Quality Summary lines can be eliminated, or changed order by using the
Quality Setup option of the Report setup display
