Description
Current Recipe, Current
Recipe ID and Next Recipe
Allows you to select the recipe that is used currently and
the recipe that will be used next.
Current Setpoint, Process
and Next Setpoint
1. The Recipe-dependent target parameters for the
current recipe are displayed in the “Current
Setpoint” column
2. The actual values are displayed in the “Process”
column.
3. The target parameters for the next recipe to be run
are displayed in the “Next Setpoint” column.
