To configure the drive to not provide active termination, make sure the jumper is removed.
SCSI ID
Each SCSI device on the bus must have a unique SCSI ID assigned to it. The drive can be configured for
ID numbers ranging from 0 through 15. Set the SCSI ID for the drive at the 12-pin Option connector.
Figure 8-16 shows the ID jumper configurations.

Spindle Synchronization
Spindle synchronization is set at the Option connector pins 5-6 as shown in Figure 8-17.
