Preventative Maintenance
There is no preventative maintenance required for this product
Troubleshooting
This hard disk drive should be replaced as a complete assembly. It is assumed the customer maintains a
regular data backup schedule, so if the disk drive fails and must be replaced, customer data can be restored
to the new disk drive.
To troubleshoot the disk drive, check the following:
• Drive Busy light (flashing = activity, off = no activity)
• Internal drive logs (See SCSIDSK2 Interactive section)
