Spare front I/O module
Procedure
Step 1 Wear an ESD wrist strap or ESD gloves. For details, see 1 Safety Instructions.
Step 2 Take the spare front I/O module out of the ESD bag, and install all internal
components, such as riser cards, PCIe cards, RAID controller cards, iBBUs, and
supercapacitors on the front I/O module.
Step 3 Gently insert the front I/O module into the slot while holding the ejector levers on
the front I/O module. See step (1) in Figure 5-36.
Step 4 Lower the ejector levers on the front I/O module. See step (2) in Figure 5-36.
