Step 5 Connect the cable to the RAID controller card. See step (3) in Figure 5-73.
Step 6 Install the cover of the front I/O module in the arrow direction. See steps (1) and
(2) in Figure 5-74.

5.6.7 Removing a Supercapacitor
This topic describes how to remove a supercapacitor.
Scenarios
When the LSISAS3108 storage control card is congured, a supercapacitor can be
congured for backup power supply. Remove a supercapacitor if:
● The supercapacitor has failed.
● The supercapacitor is low.
Prerequisites
Conditions
● You have powered o the RH8100 V3. For details, see 6.2 Powering O the
RH8100 V3. Then you have removed all power cables from the server.
● You have removed the front I/O module. For details, see 5.6.1 Removing the
Front I/O Module.
