WARNING
Always put on correct personal protective equipment (PPE) before you do tests on equipment that is
connected to power.
CAUTION
HOT PARTS CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS
Let the plasma power supply become cool before doing maintenance. Wait for
approximately 1 hour to make sure that the temperature of the plasma power supply is
approximately at room temperature.
CAUTION
MOVING BLADES CAN CAUSE INJURY
Keep hands away from moving parts.
NOTICE
Static electricity can cause damage to printed circuit boards (PCBs). Use correct
precautions when you touch PCBs.
Keep PCBs in antistatic containers.
Put on a grounded wrist strap when you touch PCBs.
