Note: this command parameter is optional. If there is no parameter, it will return
the value of A, B, C three-phase by default.
Syntax:

MEASure? If set the parameter [A|B|C], the returned 17 floating point
measurements are <float>,...,<float>, in order are

This command is used to read the total power value.
