Table 17: PTX10001-36MR DC Power Supply Status LED Descripon
(Connued)
LED Color LED State Descripon
Blinking
• The power supply module is uploading rmware.
• The power supply module is in the cold
redundant state.
Amber On steadily
• The power supply module shut down due to a
crical event. Possible causes: high temperature,
high power, high current, or slow fan.
• The DC power cord is unplugged, but the second
power supply module sll has DC power.
Blinking The power supply module is operang, but there are
warning events. Possible causes: high temperature,
high power, high current, or slow fan.
PTX10001-36MR DC Input Current Selector (DIP Switch)
The PTX10001-36MR DC power supply module can operate with an input current of 80 A or 60 A. You
select the input rang by moving the DC input current selector (DIP switch) to the desired seng. Refer
to Figure 16 on page 38 for the locaon of the DIP switch. If you select 60 A, the power supply module
limits the output power so that the input current does not exceed 60 A under normal steady-state
operaon. If you select 80 A, the power supply module limits the output power so that the input current
does not exceed 80 A.
For example:
Input Current Descripon
60 A The power supply module limits the output power to 2200 W when the input
voltage is between 40 V and 48 V. It linearly increases the output power if the
input voltage increases. The power supply module provides 2700 W output
power when the input voltage is between 48 V and 72 V.
