CAUTION: Do not connect feed A and feed B to the same power supply input
terminal.
• Cooling system—The PTX10001-36MR has six fan modules and within each fan module there are
two counter-rotang fans. If a fan module fails and the remaining fan modules are unable to keep the
PTX10001-36MR within the desired temperature thresholds, chassis alarms occur and the
PTX10001-36MR can shut down.
