hen removal Engine, please use jack to support the bodywork. Don’t damnify the
frame, body of Engine, bolt and cable etc.
● Please blind up the fram
e when removal the engine.
●
Don’
t removal engine from the bodywork when operating as follows:
—OIL PUMP
—CARBURETOR, AIR FILTER.
—COVER, CYLINDER HEAD,CYLINDER HEAD,CYLINDER,CAMSHAFT.
—CVT SYSTEM, CVT COVER.
—GEARBOX.
—RIGHT SIDE COVER, AC MAGNETO,WATE PUMP.
—PISTON﹑ PISTON RING, PISTON PIN.

Follow
ing operation require removal of engine from vehicle:
—CRANKCASE
Tightening torque:
Engine front rear m
ounting bolt（M12）：45～50N.m
Engine front rear mounting bolt（M8）：23～25N·m
Engine rear upper bracket mounting bolt（M12）:45～50N·m
Engine rear upper bracket mounting bolt（M8）:23～25N·m
