Over Voltage/Current Protection
Over Voltage/Current Protection
The over voltage/current protection is effective for preventing damage to the test
device from overcurrent or overvoltage. If this function is enabled, the
source/measure unit (SMU) sets the output to 0 V and sets the output switch to off
automatically and immediately when it reaches the compliance status.

page 4-28.
