Connecting a DUT
Using Test Leads
B2900 source/measure terminals use banana jacks. For connecting a DUT, the
following test leads are available. Figure 3-5 shows the connections for
two-terminal device measurements.
• Keysight U8201A Combo Test Lead Kit
Couple of test leads, test probes, alligator clips, SMT grabbers, fine-tips test
probes, and banana plugs, CAT III 1000 V, 15 A maximum
Two kits are required for 4-wire connections.
• Keysight 11059A Kelvin Probe Set
Test leads for 4-wire connections, 42 V maximum
