4-16.

To Set Pulse Output
The following points must be noted when setting the pulse output.
• Pulse base value is set by the Source value on the Single or Dual view.
• Pulse peak value is set by the Single view.
Set the Peak value of “Pulse parameters” on page 4-16 for the pulsed bias
output.
Or set the Start, Stop, and Points values of “Sweep parameters” on page 4-13 for
the pulsed sweep output.
