buttons 3 and 6, turn on the MFP, and
release the buttons when the progress bar
displays.
3. Select PRINT TESTS.
4. Select the input tray.
5. Select Single.

Problem resolved Go to step 2.

Is tray 5 a high-capacity input tray (2,000-
sheet feeder)?
Replace the HCIT top
plate. See “Top plate
assembly removal” on
page 4-279.
Replace the complete
tray 5 option.
