12.6.11 Levelling the free-on-wheels truck crane
The suspension is deactivated (locked) if the truck crane is in the Free on
wheels
working position.
The suspension must remain switched off until the truck crane is on
outriggers.
• Set down the load.
• Extend the supporting cylinders until all wheels are just above the
ground.
Levelling the truck crane
• Level the truck crane on outriggers until the lamp (1) is the only one lit up
in the measuring range 1°.
Switching on the suspension
• In the driver's cab, open the Level adjustment system submenu – Press
button (1) once.

Danger of overturning if the supporting cylinders are operated unevenly!
Extend or retract the supporting cylinders as evenly as possible!
This prevents the truck crane overturning when operating individual sup-
porting cylinders.

Danger of overturning when switching on the suspension!
You may under no circumstances switch on the suspension as long as the
rigged truck crane is on wheels. Switching on the suspension would cause
the suspension struts to be suddenly pressed together and damaged, and
the truck crane could overturn.
