thisunitshouldbewashedperiodicallywithhotwater.Thein-linelterelementshouldbecleanedoccasionallyto
ensuresufcientliquidowtothefoamheadassemblies.
VERSATRACmodelfoammarkersutilizeamanifoldstylecontrolmoduleforroutingandcontroloftheairandliquid
toeachside.Thecontrolmoduleismadeofadurableplasticblockwiththesolenoidvalvesmounteddirectlytothe
block.Theunitshouldhavehotwaterrunthrougheachsideperiodicallytoensureproperow.Becertainthatallof
thefoamsolutionisremovedfromthecontrolmodulebeforestoringitforthewinter.RefertoStorageforprocedure.
VERSATRACmodelfoammarkersareequippedwithareliefvalvethathasbeenfactorysetat20psi.Thisvalve
preventsover-pressurizationofthesystem.Checkitsoperationperiodically.Donotattempttooperatethesystemor
adjustthereliefvalveabove20psi.
