overowfromthesurgetank.Theoverowbottleisnot
tobeusedasacoolantlevelcheck.
Coolantlevelsensor
Yoursprayerisequippedwithacoolantlevelsensor(3)
whichwillautomaticallydetectandwarntheoperator
whenthecoolantlevelistoolow.
Thecoolantlevelcanalsobecheckedbyusingthesight
gauge(4)attachedtothesurgetank.

Surgetank
Thesurgetank(1)allowsforhotcoolantexpansionand
keepstheexpandedcoolantvolumewithinthecooling
system.
Thelevelofcoolantinthesystemcanbecheckedbyob-
servingthesightgauge(2)attachedtothefrontsurface
ofthesurgetank.
Coolantisaddedtothesystemthroughthellerneckon
thesurgetank.
Ifthecoolantlevelislow,allowtheengineandradiatorto
coolbeforeattemptingtoopenthesurgetankcap(3).Add
NEWHOLLANDAMBRAACTIFULL™OTEXTENDED
LIFECOOLANTasneededtobringthecoolantlevelup
intothesightgaugeofthesurgetank.Donotmixdifferent
coolanttypes.Replacecapwhennishedaddingcoolant
tothesystem.
Thecapacityofthecoolingsystemis38L(10USgal).
Thiscapacitydoesnotincludetheheatercoreorcab
plumbing.

Addingcoolanttothesystem
Thefollowingstepsaretobefollowedwhendrainingandrellingthecoolingsystem.
1.Shutoffthevehicleengineandallowthesystemtocool.
2.Openthesurgetankcapslowlytorelievesystempressure
3.Removethesurgetankcapandllthesurgetankwithcoolant.
4.Allowthecoolanttollcompletelythesystemandthenwait2to3minutes.
5.Rellthesurgetankagain.
6.Leavethesurgetankcapoffandruntheengineatidleforseveralminutes.
