Press the key.

Select the nozzle line to perform air purge.
(1) Press and select the subtank.
(2) Press the key to register.
• The preparation operation is performed. Wait for a
while until the display changes.

Open the valve of the ink port and set the air
purge jig.

Discharge ink or purge air from inkport.
• When you press the key, ink is discharged from the
port for a certain period of time.
• When discharging has been completed, “REMOVE THE TOOL” is
displayed on the screen. Do not remove the jig until the message
is displayed.

Remove the jig from the ink port and close the ink port
valve.

Press the key.
• Supply ink for the subtank with less ink. Wait for a while until the
display changes.
• When you perform the work continuously, perform the procedures
from the Step 8 to 11.
• When the valve is hard to open, use the
attached longnose pliers and open.
