Setting a Media

Open the front cover and raise the clamp lever at
the front of this machine.

Slide the media from the back to the front.
• Insert the roll media between the platen and the pinch roller,
and slide it to the front.
• Pull the media out to the front of this machine with enough
length.

Push down the clamp lever from the back of this
machine.
• Lock the media temporarily.

Raise the clamp lever at the front of this machine.
• Temporary lock of the media is released.
• When setting a media, be sure to cover the
media sensors located on the rear of the
platen. The media cannot be detected
unless it is placed over the sensor.
