In routine maintenance, all the test items included in the electrical safety inspection form shall be
performed. The following table specifies test items to be performed after the equipment is
repaired with the main unit disassembled.
When none of the power board, transformer, and patient
circuit board is repaired or replaced
Test items: 1 and 2
When the power board or transformer is repaired or replaced Test items: 1, 2, and 3
When the patient circuit board is repaired or replaced Test items: 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6
When all of the power board, transformer, and patient circuit
board are repaired or replaced
Test items: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
