This section describes the Single Line/Call Appearance Key and the customizable programmable keys
located under the phone’s LCD screen.
Line and Call Appearance Keys
The 6905 has one hard line/call appearance keys with a status light. This line/call appearance key and
light can represent physical line, calls for your extension or calls from a group that your extension is part
of. The line/call appearance light indicates the status of that line or call.
Programmable Keys
There are three multi-functional keys on the 6905 phone that are programmable.

Off Idle line or no call activity
Light flashes quickly Ringing
Light is solid Connected
Light flashes slowly Hold
