Introduction
Nordson high‐speed Universal Series spray applicators apply thermoplastic
hot melt adhesive to various products. The applicators are configurable,
which means each is constructed according to the specific choices made
when the applicator was ordered. The key parts of two typical applicators (a
single‐module and a multi‐module) are shown in Figures2‐2 and 2‐3.
