• One-touch Transfer
DSS Console users and the proprietary telephone (PT) users can hold a call and quickly transfer it to
an extension by pressing the DSS button directly. A One-touch Dialing button can also be used if the
TRANSFER command is stored with an extension number or a telephone number (→ 1.6.1 Memory
Dialing Features).
• Consultation Hold
When an extension user performs a Call Transfer, the call is placed automatically on consultation hold
(→ 1.12.5 Consultation Hold).
