4.9.8 Incoming Call Distribution Group—Queuing Time Table [3-
5-3]
A Queuing Time Table can contain up to 16 sequences which control how calls waiting in a queue are
handled. A maximum of 64 Queuing Time Tables can be programmed.
Queuing Sequence—Sequence 01–16
Specifies the command activated by the corresponding sequence.

Value Range
None: Redirects the call to the next sequence
Overflow: Redirects the call to the overflow destination when there is no answer
Disconnect: Disconnects the line
Sequence 01–16: Redirects the call to a different sequence
OGM 01–32: Sends a certain OGM
Wait 5 × n (n=1–16) s: If preceded by an OGM, plays the Music on Hold for the specified period of time; if
not preceded by an OGM, sends a ringback tone for the specified period of time.

4.9.9 Extension Hunting Group [3-6]
If an extension within an idle extension hunting group is called when it is busy or in DND mode, the call can
be redirected to another extension in the same hunting group, according to a preprogrammed hunting type.
If there is no idle extension in the group, the call can then be redirected to the overflow destination, which
can be different depending on the time mode (day/lunch/break/night). A maximum of 64 hunting groups can
be programmed, each containing up to 16 extensions.
Hunting Group Name
Specifies the name of the hunting group.
