8. Copy (CTRL +C) the Request Code that will be
required on the dealer website in the next step. DO
NOT CLOSE Digital Wrench® or the Request Code
will be invalid. NOTE: All characters are letters;
there are no numbers in a request code.
NOTE: Request Codes and Authorization Keys
must be entered EXACTLY as they appear on the
screen.
9. Go to www.polarisdealers.com and click on “ReFlash
Authorization” from the “Service and Warranty” drop-
down menu.
10. Enter or paste (CTRL+V) the Request Code into the
box.
11. Select the same file type from the list that you
selected previously while in Digital Wrench®. Enter
the VIN along with the customer’s name and
address. When completed, click the Authorize button
once to proceed.
12. An “Authorization Key” will appear in the upper left
corner of the screen. Copy (CTRL +C) this key
exactly as it appears.
13. Enter or paste (CTRL +V) the Authorization Key in
the box located on the Digital Wrench® screen. Click
the ‘Continue’ button and follow instructions provided
on the screen to complete reprogramming
procedure.
