6. Align the front and rear prop shafts as shown below
and slide them together.
NOTE: Paint marks are applied to the front and
rear prop shafts to aid shaft alignment.
Reference these marks during installation if still
visible.
7. Torque the support bearing fasteners to
specification.
Support Bearing Fasteners:
35 ft-lb (47 Nm)
8. Align the front propshaft paint mark with the front
gearcase input shaft mark so the pin holes align.
Install a new roll pin.
