REAR SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY ILLUSTRATIONS
INDY 121 Conventional Pivots/Rear Idler
Assembly Notes
Never re-use lock nuts. Always replace with new parts.
All pivots must rotate freely after tightening fasteners.
Install rear idler adjust spacers with flat side facing adjuster screw.

A: 45 ft-lbs (61 Nm)
B: 35 ft-lbs (47.4 Nm)
CAUTION
Some rail shaft fasteners are pre-coated with locking
agent. Never re-use these fasteners once removed.
Always use new pre-coated fasteners.
