Input Drive Assembly Shaft (axle) alignment
5. Align the Input Drive shaft (axle) to the Step-up shaft (axle).
a. Measure the right side and left side distances from the center of the input drive
shaft to the center of the step-up pulley shaft. The measured left and right side
shaft alignment distances should be the same. If not, adjust the left side dis-
tance so that it equals the right side distance.

6. Use an 11/16” socket to loosen (do not remove) the left and right step-up pulley shaft
nuts.
