12. Tighten and torque the step-up pulley left and right shaft nuts to 480 in-lbs (40 ft-lbs,
54.2 Nm). Re-check the belt tension. If the tension is not within limits, account for the
small change when tightening the shaft nuts and tension again accordingly until the
tension is within limits 230 Hz +/-10.
