Configuring Network Settings
You can configure the following settings on the "Network Settings" window in Administrator Settings.
When the configuration is complete, the machine automatically restarts.
Item Description Initial value
Wired Network Settings Opens Wired Network Settings -
Wireless Network Settings Opens Wireless Network Settings. -
Automatic Configuration/
Proxy Server
Select from [Use the proxy server], [Use
Automatic Configuration Script] and [Do not
Use].
Enter the following:
• Address (IP address or host name in the
case of a proxy server and URL in the case
of Automatic Configuration Script)
• Port Number
• User Name
• Password
Do not enter any user name or password if you
are not using proxy user authentication.
