2. Using a Whiteboard
This chapter explains the basic operations such as writing text or drawing figures on the display,
operations of pages, and how to save displayed on the screen.
Basic Operations
You can use the electronic pen, touch pen, or your fingers or palm to perform the following operations:
Operation by the Interactive Pen, Touch Pen, or Your Fingers
Marker entry
Handwritten entry
Fair copy entry
Line entry
Stamp entry
Erase/Reduce/Enlarge/Move
Cut/Copy/Paste
Changing the display magnification/moving the display area
Operation by the Electronic Pen, Touch Pen, or Your Fingers or Palm
Erase
Operation by the Interactive Pen
The operations by the pen bottom (erasing the drawn strokes or performing the action similar
to right-clicking the mouse of a computer) can be performed.
In this manual, the interactive pen, touch pen, or your fingers are referred to as the "pen" if the
operational procedure is the same for all those methods.
To shut down the machine, press and immediately release the power button of the display. If one of
the following actions is performed to turn off the machine instead of using the power button, the
machine might become damaged:
Turning off the main power (If the machine which you use has the main power button)
Disconnecting the power cord
For details about how to shut down the machine, see the provided manual. The procedure differs
depending on the machine being used.
Before turning off the main power or disconnecting the power cord, shut down the machine by
pressing the power button and make sure the machine's power is completely turned off.
