Cannot import Certificate
The following are the
possible causes.
- The certificate file is
corrupted
- The password is incorrect
Try again after checking
the following causes.
The certificate could not be
imported due to one of the
following:
• The certificate file is
corrupted.
• The password is incorrect.
Resolve the cause of the error, and
then try again.
Cannot export
The following are possible
causes.
- No free space
- No write authority
- The same file name
already exists in the save
folder
- The folder is corrupted
Try again after resolving
the cause.
The certificate could not be
exported due to one of the
following:
• No free space on disk
• The same file name
already exists in the save
folder
• No access privileges are
given
• Disk failure
Resolve the cause of the error, and
then try exporting the certificate
again.
Returned to factory
defaults. Make the settings
again on administrator
settings.
The configuration file may
be corrupted if the main
power was forcibly
switched off.
The last time the machine was
running, the power button was
not correctly pressed, causing a
forced shut down.
Open Administrator Settings and
reconfigure the machine settings. For
details about Administrator Settings,
see page 162 "Opening
Administrator Settings".
