2. Remove the plates [A] ( x1 each).
3. Replace the thermistors [B] ( x1).

1. Remove the fusing unit. ( p.223 "Fusing Unit")
2. Remove the fusing upper cover [A] ([B]: Screw with spring washer x2, [C]: Stud screw x2).
