If you select "User Message", the machine administrator can enter a message to be displayed.
Default: [Fixed Message]
Display Information Screen
Specify whether or not to display the information screen at user login.
Default: [Off]
Display Time
Specify the timing for displaying the information screen.
Default: [Every Time Login]
Clearing a Printer’s Eco-friendly Counter
A printer's eco-friendly counter can be cleared.
1. Log in as the machine administrator from the control panel.
2. Display the "Display/Clear Eco-friendly Counter" screen.
[System Settings] [Administrator Tools] [Display/Clear Eco-friendly Counter]
3. Clear the counter.
[Clear Current Value] or [Clear Crnt. & Prev. Val] [OK] [Exit]
4. Log out.
Clearing Users’ Eco-friendly Counter
By clearing the users' eco-friendly counter, the eco-friendly counters for all users are cleared.
1. Log in as the machine administrator from the control panel.
2. Display the "Display/Clear Eco-friendly Counter per User" screen.
[System Settings] [Administrator Tools] [Display/Clear Eco-friendly Counter per User]
3. Clear the counter.
Select the counter item to clear [Clear Current Value] or [Clear Crnt. & Prev. Val] [OK]
[Exit] [Exit]
4. Log out.
