When print jobs are canceled
Message Cause Solution
"Collate has been
cancelled."
Collate was canceled. • Turn off the power, and then back
on again.
• Reduce the number of pages to
print.
If the message appears again, contact
your service representative.
"Exceeded the maximum unit
count for Print Volume Use.
This job has been
cancelled."
