Handle alarms
a To download alarm lists from the analyzer to a diskette
1 Press <Menu> on the [Routine Monitor] screen. The [Routine Monitor]
screen is displayed.
2 Press <Tools>. The [Tools] screen is displayed.
3 Press <Alarm Trace>. The [Alarm Trace] screen is displayed.
4 Place diskette into diskette drive.
5 Press <FD write>. The [FD write] window appears.
6 Press <Execute>.
a To clear alarms
1 Press <Menu> on the [Routine Monitor] screen. The [Routine Monitor]
screen is displayed.
2 Press <Tools>. The [Tools] screen is displayed.
3 Press <Alarm Trace>. The [Alarm Trace] screen is displayed.
4 Check the message.
5 Press <Clear Alarm>. The [Clear Alarm List] window appears.
6 Press <Cumu.> to clear the cumulative alarm list.
7 Press <Daily> to clear the daily alarm list.

The maximum number of daily alarms that can be stored is 255 logs or 10 types.
The maximum number of cumulative alarms that can be stored is 255 logs or 20
types.
o
Switching the power supply on or off is counted once.
o
When the date is changed or the power supply is switched off, the daily alarm
log is cleared.
