Re-insert a used URISYS 2400 cassette
Re-insert a used URISYS 2400 cassette
If a cassette has to be removed briefly, for example, in the case of a failure in
the test strip processing mechanism, it can be re-used if the cassette is exposed
to the open air for less than three minutes.
a To re-insert a cassette after short-term removal
1 Remove the cassette as described in:
2 Check if all remaining test strip layers in the cassette are correctly aligned.
If necessary, remove loose strips from the cassette.
3 Remove loose strips from the cassette compartment, if present.
4 Re-insert the cassette and close the compartment door firmly.
5 Press <Used> in the [Change Cassette] screen. A window “Now searching
next TS” appears.
6 After completion, press <OK> to return to the [Change Cassette] screen.
7 Press <Home> to return to the [Routine Monitor] screen. The display
shows the number of remaining test strips and the date of the first-time
loading of this cassette.
