7 Press <Write> to write data to a diskette, or press Read to read data from a
diskette.
Delete routine or STAT
sample data
Sample data can be cleared from the memory either completely or selectively,
within a range of sequence numbers.
a To delete routine or STAT sample data
1 Press <Type> on the [Routine Data Monitor] screen to select the type of
sample data to be deleted (routine or STAT).
2 Press <Media>. The [Routine Data Monitor Media] screen is displayed.
3 Enter the range of sequence numbers to be deleted using numbers between
1 and 1000 for routine sample data, or between 1 and 200 for STAT sample
data. Enter 0 to delete all sample data.
4 Press <Delete>. The [Confirmation] window appears.
5 Press <OK>.
On deletion, the sample data of the selected sequence numbers are
permanently removed from the analyzer memory.
It is recommended to clear the analyzer memory daily after reviewing and
documentation of the data.
If result data are read from a diskette, the data actually stored in the analyzer are
deleted before the data on diskette are read.
The option to read from a diskette is only available in binary format.
To delete sample data, the analyzer must be in Stand-By status
