Alarm trace

Communication trace
This option allows activation of the communication trace. The HOST
connection must be deactivated.
a To activate the communication trace
1 Press <Tools> on the [Menu] screen. The [Tools] screen is displayed.
2 Press <Comm. Trace>. The [Comm. Trace] screen is displayed.
3 Press <Trace ON/OFF>. The [Trace ON/OFF] window appears.
4 Press <Trace ON/OFF> to activate/deactivate the communication trace. If
“Trace ON” is displayed on the button, the communication trace function
is activated.
5 Press <Cancel> to return to the [Comm. Trace] screen.
6 Press <Print Trace>. The [Print Trace] window appears.
7 Press <Execute> to print the communication trace log file.
8 Press <Clear Trace>. The [Clear Trace] window appears.
9 Press <Execute> to clear the communication trace log file.
Compact memory
This option allows for compacting the memory of the analyzer.
a To compact the memory
1 Press <Tools> on the [Menu] screen. The [Tools] screen is displayed.
2 Press <Compact Memory>. The [Compact Memory] window is displayed.
3 Press <Execute>.
