This list shows the messages that can be acted on by the operator. If the screen
shows an alarm code that is not mentioned in this list, contact Technical
Support.

1, 3, 5 S.STOP 1. Execute the reset procedure.

2. If the condition cannot be restored to
normal, contact Technical Support.
7 S.STOP 1. Clean the tip of the sample probe.
2. Check the sample probe and the
electrode for damage, or whether they
are in contact with each other.
3. If the condition cannot be restored to
normal, contact Technical Support.
11 STOP 1. Check whether the liquid waste tank is
full, or the waste flow path is blocked.

Mechanism Error
1-7 STOP 1. Confirm whether a test strip is
misplaced in the cassette mechanism.
Remove the test strip as required.
2. Execute the reset procedure.
3. If the condition cannot be restored to
normal, contact Technical Support.
8-9 WARNING 1. Close the URISYS 2400 cassette
compartment door.
2. If the condition cannot be restored to
normal, contact Technical Support.
10-11 WARNING 1. Insert a URISYS 2400 cassette, shift it
to the rear and execute Initial or Test on
the [TS Cassette] screen.
12-14 STOP 1. Execute the reset procedure.
2. If the condition cannot be restored to
normal, contact Technical Support.
