Explanation
Mixdown Mode
button
This switches the mixdown mode. If you record while this is on, the current song will be mixed
down.
Sync Mode button
This displays the SYNC popup, where you can switch the synchronization state. This will be
lit if Sync Mode is set to anything other than Master.
Current Time
Location
This area indicates the current time location in “measures - beats - ticks.” You can click a
numerical field and change the time.

This area indicates the current time location in “hours: minutes: seconds. frames.”
Explanation
Step Time
This indicates the range of movement that will occur when you press the Step buttons
(Rewind/Forward). You can click this area to see a list of the available movement ranges.
Marker button
The MARKER popup will appear.
Locator button
The LOCATOR popup will appear.
Step button
(Rewind/Forward)
These buttons return or advance the current time location by the range specified in Step Time.
Marker button
(Previous/Next)
These buttons move the current time location to the next or previous recorded marker.
Preview button
(To/From)
These buttons audition a several-second portion (specified by Preview Length) before or after
the current time location.
Event button
(Previous/Next)
These buttons move the current time location to the next or previous recorded event.
Top button
Return to the start of the current song (0001-01-000).
