Sequence
1. The external switch sends the signal to trigger the relayK1 to the temperature
controller. This switches the solenoid valve, and the sealing jaws close.
2. When the end of the sealing jaw is reached, the switch for the START signal is ac-
tivated. Then the internal timer begins to run.
3. RelayK1 is triggered immediately by the timer. This allows the external switch to
be opened again, and the sealing jaws remain closed.
4. When the system has been heated to 95% of the setpoint temperature
(T=180°C), the sealing time resumes.
5. The heating elements are not heated again at the end of the sealing phase (i.e.
the end of the sealing time). The cooling phase starts.
6. The cooling phase ends when the actual temperature of the heating elements falls
to T≤80°C. The sealing jaws and relayK1 are still closed.
7. RelayK1 opens again at the end of the cooling phase. The sealing jaws open
again.
8. The sealing process is completed.
