Analog output
Various information can be output at the analog output (terminals17+18). The temper-
ature controller is configured in the Machine menu, menu number406.
The following functions can be adjusted:
Setting Description
Actual temperature (default) The analog output indicates the current actual
value at output voltage of0...10VDC.
In the event of an alarm, this analog output is used
– in addition to the indication on the screen – ito
output differentiated error messages.
10V reference A fixed reference of 10VDC is output at the actual
value output.
Regulation ratio The analog output supplies the current regulation
ratio of the temperature controller. The
range0...10VDC show0…100% of the phase-
angle control of the line voltage.
OFF The analog output is deactivated.
8.3.4 Outputs relay K1, relay K2 and outputA1
There are various functions that can be configured for the outputs relay K1, relay K2
and outputA1.
Specifying functions
The function of relayK1 is specified in the Machine menu, menu number407.
The function of relayK2 is specified in the Machine menu, menu number408.
The function of OUTPUTA1 is specified in the Machine menu, menu number409.
With relaysK1 andK2, switching on means closing the Normally-Open contacts (NO)
and opening the Normally-Closed contacts (NC).
OutputA1 is a semiconductor output (open collector). In this case, switchon means
that the transistor is conductive.
